Specifically, it’s for you if you are ready to take your physique to a new level (overweight, obesity) and/or improve your insulin resistance & blood sugars (prediabetes, type 2 diabetes), high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, high triglyceride levels, and fatty liver.

Objective Outcomes

In general, the higher your body weight, the worse your health, and the more committed you are, the better results you will achieve. Your individual results will depend on your starting weight and BMI, how quickly you implement my recommendations, your degree of consistency and level of commitment, and the quality of your initial habits. That being said, committed action takers who have worked with me throughout my career typically achieve the following results within 6 months. Please note, the objective health outcomes below (weight loss / fat loss & HbA1c / A1c values, etc.) exceed those typically found in the scientific literature (1, 2, 3, 4).

 Lose ~1% of total body weight per week (~1 to ~2 lb+), which typically results in losing at least -12% to -19%+ of total body weight within 6 months

– Decrease Hemoglobin A1c by 2 to 4% within 2 to 3 months

– Decrease Hemoglobin A1c by 3 to 6% within 4 to 6 months

– Decrease fasting blood sugars by 30 to 80% within 3 to 6 weeks

– Decrease fasting blood sugars to less than 100 mg/dL (normalized) within 2 to 6 months

– 25 to 50% diabetes medication reduction within 1 to 2 months

– 60 to 100% total medication reduction within 3 to 6 months (diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure medications)

– Decrease total cholesterol by 40 to 90+ mg/dL within 6 months.

– Decrease LDL “bad” cholesterol by 35 to 70+ mg/dL within 6 months.

– Decrease triglycerides by 40 to 100+ mg/dL within 6 months.

– Decrease systolic blood pressure by 20 to 40 mm Hg within 6 months.

– Decrease diastolic blood pressure by 10 mm Hg within 6 months.
