We hear this maxim a lot. But have we listened and do we truly appreciate our health?

In the USA:

71.6% of the adult population is overweight and obese.

Heart disease and cancer claim over 1 million lives every single year.

60% of adults have one chronic disease.

40% of adults have two or more chronic diseases.

The leading causes of death and disability are heart disease, cancer, chronic lung disease, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease (these are traced back to key lifestyle risk factors).

This costs $3.5 trillion dollars in annual health care costs. That’s 17.9% of the national gross domestic product.

The key lifestyle risk factors for chronic disease are poor nutrition, lack of physical activity, tobacco use, and excessive alcohol use.

One can argue that lifestyle-related chronic disease is complex and has an interplay of various factors. This is true.

Still, we take our health for granted, on an individual and on a societal level, even though it has the greatest impact on long-term happiness, relationships, quality of life, financial success, career advancement, societal integrity, and many other important, unmentioned aspects.

That being said, I am in the coaching domain to support you in becoming the healthiest version of yourself.

If you desire anything less, then I am not the right coach for you.

Anything worthy requires a significant amount of effort. In order for you to achieve the healthiest version of yourself you must be willing to put in the undeniable work.

I care dearly about your results. I am result-driven.

Some coaches only work with their clients on limited components to make small adjustments, ‘quick fixes’, insignificant mends, and to reach low-hanging fruit.

All coaching sessions are conducted via video call or by phone.
