The Lifestyle Pill Solution™ is designed for you if you are 110% committed to working hard and prioritizing your well-being to create a new health standard for yourself. Together we will work on the individualized Synergistic Seven™ to get you the best results possible:
1) Personal Development – A true health transformation will not be realized without personal development. We work on optimizing your Habits, Procrastination, Performance, Time management, Mindset, Mindfulness, Goals, and getting clear on your Life Purpose, Vision, Mission. We also work on your unique barriers and obstacles to ensure nothing is holding you back from reaching your specific health goals!
2) Meaningful Relationships – We work on creating a real-life, supportive atmosphere to ensure you reach your specific health goals with double accountability (your meaningful relationships & me).
3) Stress Management – We come up with an individualized way to manage stress in your life. You also get a stress checklist to make sure you are doing the essentials!
4) Fiberterranian Diet™ – You get an individualized meal template with unlimited adjustments to keep you full without suffering from hunger while simultaneously losing weight consistently (free premium nutrition tracking account as well), a diet guide, an individualized daily fiber target to lose weight and improve your blood sugars, cholesterol levels, and health, and bona fide expertise to reach your specific health goals (even those that come up later).
5) Purposeful Exercise – You get an individualized strength training program with unlimited adjustments to keep you progressing in strength, muscle growth, and work towards your best physique. It comes in an excel spreadsheet with exercise video tutorials, rep schemes, set, weight increments, and everything needed for you to execute your workouts effectively.
6) Rejuvenative Sleep – We work on optimizing your sleep regimen to ensure you are getting the individualized quality and quantity you need to thrive. You also get a sleep hygiene checklist and an excel spreadsheet to track your sleep and behaviors that affect it.
7) Sun & Nature – We work on getting you more exposure to the outdoors to get the benefits, as well as making sure your vitamin D levels are in the optimal range. After all, what’s life without experiencing nature!
You receive continuous help, support, and advice to reach your goals and get the health you deserve. This hybrid program (group & 1-on-1) is a minimum of 6 months in duration to ensure you not only obtain excellent results, but also make them permanent (after all, there are no quick fixes). The initial, 1-on-1 session is 1 hour long. You get an additional *Eleven* 1-on-1, 30-minute sessions spread over the 6-month period, and get to join the exclusive Lifestyle Pill Community™ to also receive support from like-minded individuals on the same journey as you. Furthermore, you will be able to participate in the *two* group sessions every single week, take advantage of the *unlimited* email & chat support, and can expect responses within 24 hours Monday through Friday.
You can choose to work with me for longer than 6 months. The 6 months are a minimum to get meaningful results, create solid habits, and establish a sustainable, new way of life (after all, there are no quick fixes).
Our 1-on-1 and group sessions are not merely about “checking-in”. They are about overcoming barriers, creating solutions, self-discovery, self-growth, education, refinement, and the like.
I devote a significant amount of effort and time to help you learn, plan, do, refine, achieve and become the master of your lifestyle.
We will formulate an individualized Wellness Plan (in the initial, 1-on-1 session) consisting of your motivators/vision, values, strengths, long-term goals, short-term goals, and daily actions that will be refined overtime as you progress.
All sessions are conducted via video.
Diligent action takers who have worked with me throughout my career typically achieve the following results in 6 months or less. Of note, the objective health outcomes below exceed those found in the science literature.
– 15 to 25%+ weight loss (~25 to 40+ lbs) in 2 to 3 months
